Our unique 3-Phase Process enables us to provide our clients with a customized flat fee per month.

Phase 1 - Clean up/catch up/set up

Phase 2 - Discovery Period

Phase 3 - Ongoing Support

Hourly work during Phases 1 and 2 is billed at $85/hour.

Phase 3 is a flat fee determined by the 3-month discovery period in Phase 2.

Note: We have a 2 hour/month minimum for most clients,

although exceptions can be made for very small businesses.

Additionally, end of year 1099 filing is billed outside of Phase 3 flat-fee pricing.
