Jason M. Hill

Founder

For over 18 years, Jason M. Hill has helped small and midsized businesses properly diagnose the root of the problems preventing their growth. He brings a natural passion to the process of identifying exactly why any given company or organization might be losing money, time, and energy in achieving its mission.

Hill holds a BA in Political Science from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and an MBA from the Zicklin School of Management at Baruch College (CUNY). He is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Scrum Master (CSM), and is an active member of both.

Dr. Ali Hill

Managing Partner

Dr. Ali Hill is a business leader, Sociologist, and emotional intelligence evangelist. Over the past two decades, she has run non-profit organizations and offers battle-tested expertise in building and growing business infrastructure, designing effective processes, leveraging data to meet business outcomes, and raising capital.

Dr. Ali graduated from Tufts University with a BA (magna cum laude) in Spanish and Women’s Studies. She holds a Master of Public Administration degree from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs, with a concentration in Non-Profit Business Management. She earned a PhD in Sociology from The Graduate Center, City University of New York (CUNY).

Pamela

Pamela Tremblay

Director of Bookkeeping Services

Positive, professional, and proactive—Pamela Tremblay champions our approach of creating a dynamic, individualized strategy for each of our clients. Over the course of her 25+ year career in accounting, risk management, and business analysis, Pamela has paired her love of connection with a talent for identifying how any process can be better for everyone involved.

Pamela is a Certified Public Accountant and graduated with her MPAcc (Master of Professional Accounting) from Colorado State University; prior to that she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting with the University of Wyoming. Pamela is also an active Member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Colorado Society of Certified Public Accountants (COCPA), and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE).

Chris Gibson

Senior Controller/Bookkeeper

For nearly a decade, Chris Gibson has helped Sound Advice Bookkeeping clients gain the know-how they need to make their missions successful, often presenting them with high-value solutions they would not have thought of on their own.

Chris earned his Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) from New York University and has an eye for improving business functionality and workflows. Our clients know him for his empowering approach to teaching them how to get the most from Quickbooks, bookkeeping processes, and everything in between.
